Champion King have a well-established in-house moulding workshop equipped with computerized machineries. We constantly keeping up with important technology changes in the industry, and regularly upgrading our equipment in order to be able to tailor made quality products for our customers. We always fine-tunning the moulds even during the mass production and assembling process to ensure products kept being improved and functioned perfectly.
In 2010 we adopted the Moldflow Analysis System which helps us to discover and solve the unforeseen problem before tooling. This makes our production more smooth and cost effective. Apart from blow and injection moulds, we also provide product design and technical drawing services which help clients to turn every concept into real product.
